Job description:
A Professional Development Trainer (PDP Trainer) is responsible for delivering training and development programs to individuals or groups within an organization. The job description typically includes the following duties:
Designing and developing training programs that meet the needs of the organization.Delivering training programs on various topics, such as leadership development, communication skills, time management, and customer service.Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making modifications as necessary.Maintaining knowledge of current industry trends and incorporating new ideas into training programs.Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their training needs.Collaborating with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure that training programs are comprehensive and effective.Evaluating and reporting on the results of training programs to stakeholders.The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in training and development, and the ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds. A bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field is often required, along with relevant certifications in training and development.
Note:- Candidate must be ready to relocate to the location of our projects.
Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
