Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of -Enrollment & Billing with experience in healthcare products and commercial insurance enrollment.

Responsibilities
Manage and execute enrollment and billing processes for healthcare products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency in enrollment and billing activities. - Analyze and resolve discrepancies in enrollment data, providing timely solutions to maintain data integrity.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of enrollment and billing operations.
Provide support and guidance to clients and stakeholders regarding enrollment and billing inquiries and issues.
Utilize technical expertise in healthcare products to optimize enrollment and billing processes.
Ensure compliance with commercial insurance regulations and standards in all enrollment activities.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment and billing, identifying areas for improvement.
Coordinate with IT teams to implement system enhancements and resolve technical issues impacting enrollment and billing.
Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of enrollment and billing processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in healthcare and insurance regulations.
