Enterprise application leader

Technical & Domain Expertise Strong hands-on and leadership-level experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including: Finance (GL, AP, AR), SCM, and HRMS modules Integration, performance, upgrades, and support in complex enterprise environments Managing Oracle EBS in hybrid and cloud-hosted models Oracle OTM Experience with integration and configuration. .Net and Angular based product development experience Microservice architecture experience Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams. Deep expertise in Cloud Platforms, with preference for: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) , Microsoft Azure and GCP Leading cloud migration, modernization, and optimization programs Managing cloud operations, FinOps, availability, security, and scalability Strong understanding of: Enterprise application support models (Oracle-centric environments preferred) Infrastructure and application operations in cloud-first or hybrid setups ITSM platforms and service automation integrated with ERP and analytics tools Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives including: Oracle EBS modernization or migration programs Oracle OTM Migration to SAAS Cloud adoption (OCI / Azure) Automation, observability, and AI-driven operations Experience Required 20+ years of progressive IT experience, including significant exposure to Oracle-based enterprise landscapes Demonstrated leadership of ERP-led service delivery organizations supporting business-critical finance and operations systems Experience managing data-driven service organizations using tools such as Power BI for executive insight and governance Nice-to-Have / Preferred Experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion or cloud transition programs Exposure to industry-specific ERP deployments in mid-market or SMB segments Certifications in Oracle Cloud, Azure, ITIL v4, or FinOps Key Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (required) MBA or Masters degree (preferred) Experience 20+ years of progressive IT experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles Proven track record managing large-scale IT service delivery in complex, global environments Experience leading multi-vendor, multi-geo delivery organizations Background in enterprise IT, managed services, or digital transformation programs Leadership & Behavioral Competencies Executive presence with the ability to influence at Board and Csuite levels Strong decision-making and crisis management skills Results-driven with a customer-first mindset Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline Success Measures SLA and customer satisfaction achievement Service stability, availability, and incident reduction Cost optimization and productivity gains Successful transformation and modernization outcomes Talent retention and leadership bench strength .
