Enterprise Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with client leadership to define enterprise technology strategy, transformation roadmaps, and business outcomes
- Lead assessment of existing enterprise systems, processes, and organizational structures to identify transformation opportunities
- Design end-to-end enterprise solutions spanning technology architecture, business processes, and organizational change
- Lead cross-functional program teams through complex, multi-phase enterprise transformation initiatives
- Facilitate executive workshops, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Develop business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks for proposed enterprise initiatives
- Oversee governance, risk management, and change management across large enterprise programs
- Collaborate with technical architects, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
- Support pre-sales efforts including enterprise solutioning, proposal development, and executive presentations
- Mentor consulting teams and contribute to building enterprise consulting methodologies and frameworks
