Business analyst for ECM AMS and migration activities
As part of the Enterprise Content Management Domain (ECM domain) at Corporate application platforms IT Direction, the business analyst will have to:
Ensure User Support on several applications listed and associated with ECM portfolio:Analyse requests/issues to propose solutions and improvements in the applications as well as in the AMS processes (i.e. Application Management and Support)Maintain our ECM applications up and running fine, using monitoring tools and collaboration with our partners and AMS organizationAnalyze and launch document migrations and related activitiesHe/she will be able to work with offshore resources belonging to our different partners.
Applications in scope are the ones managed by the ECM domain:
DigiDoc platform (based on OpenText xECM (Content Server v25.1 + Archive server v24.4), xECM for Engineering, Core Collaboration for Engineering, and AnswerModuleSuite v3.8): it is used to store, manage, and share business valued documents for CMA CGM group, in a secure way anywhere in the world.CoreShare (OpenText product): it is used to share documents safely to external people or institutions.DocuSign e-signature (DocuSign): it is the groups solution for e-signature features and processes.SPARK (Spark Archives): it is the long-term Electronic Archiving System (EAS) of the group, managing also physical archives.Bulk management and Intelligent Document Processing tools (Everteam Discover, Abbyy Vantage, Mistal Document AI, )
Job description:
We require a technico-functional analyst, if possible, knowing already some of our solutions, to be able to:
Resolve efficiently EUP tickets (requests/incidents), for example: user assistance/support, functional adjustment, role & authorization adaptations, Monitor the solutions, manage the security follow-up (user mgt, certificates)Provide reports/dashboards to analyze AMS KPIsInitialize or improve AMS processes documentationRun necessary migration tasksTask coordination on IDP topics with different stakeholdersPropose configuration optimization and parametrization on ECM Applications to improve solution quality and performance.
Skills:
The job candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in analyzing issues/requests and resolving it, as well as monitoring tasks, and also managing the new business scopes as per organizational/stakeholders needs coupled with an expertise on Open text products we manage at ECM domain.
He/She must be autonomous at work, having teamwork practices, a good mood with others and businesspeople. English must be fluent for him/her, French would be appreciated.
