The Enterprise Programme Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across the organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-level projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with business goals. The incumbent will support planning, execution, and reporting activities while guiding project teams through standardized frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in managing the entire project lifecyclefrom initiation to closure.Develop project plans and define key milestones.Facilitate smooth and timely execution of tasks across various functions.Identify and escalate bottlenecks and issues promptly; support resolution efforts.Provide regular updates on project and program status.Guide project team members on the Project Management Framework and usage of the Enterprise Project Management Tool.
Secondary Responsibilities
Conduct research and analytics, including industry and competitor-level analysis, and assess relevance to the company.Support the companys and business units planning and budgeting processes.Analyze variances (quantum and root cause) and recommend corrective actions.Prepare company-wide and business unit updates; develop presentations for diverse stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines).Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) & MBA are preferred.
Experience
2 years of proven experience in enterprise-level program or project management.Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing multiple stakeholders.
