17+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering.
Solid Enterprise Software Development background.
Hands-on experience in AI-driven software engineering and test automation.
Experience implementing AI/Automation solutions using Playwright and/or Cypress.
Proven experience delivering AI and Automation projects in an enterprise setting.
Engineering Manager experience with a minimum of 5 years in people management.
Must have managed 1012 or more direct FTEs (mandatory).
Experience managing cross-functional software engineering teams.
Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Software Quality Engineering.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team-building skills.
