Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and internal teams.
Understand requirements and provide appropriate information/support.
Maintain professional communication through calls, emails, and messages.
Coordinate with different teams to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain basic reports, records, and documentation.
Achieve assigned targets/KPIs and meet timelines.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Requirements
Graduates from 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches.
Any graduate degree can be considered.
Freshers are welcome to apply (0 to 1 year of experience).
Candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
