Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated Entry-Level HR Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to build a career in Human Resources. As an HR Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting data-driven decision-making, analyzing HR metrics, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Collect, analyze, and report HR data, including recruitment, retention, compensation, and performance metrics. * Support the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes. * Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. * Maintain and update HR databases and ensure data accuracy. * Prepare presentations and reports for HR leadership and management. * Help identify trends and recommend solutions to improve HR effectiveness. * Collaborate with different departments to support employee engagement and development initiatives. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies. Required Skills and Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail and organizational abilities. * Proficiency in arenaflex Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience * No prior HR experience required. * Internships or academic projects in HR, data analysis, or business operations will be considered a plus. * Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Flexible hours available) * Remote work environment with the possibility of future hybrid roles depending on location and company needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team. * Interest in HR technology and HRIS systems. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments. * Willingness to participate in training and development programs to enhance skill sets.
