Entry-Level Medical Billing and Coding Specialist

* Review and analyze patient records to assign accurate codes for diagnoses, procedures, and treatments using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. * Prepare and submit insurance claims and billing statements to payers, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing. * Respond to billing inquiries from patients and reputed company providers, providing exceptional customer service. * Follow up on unpaid claims, working closely with insurance companies to resolve discrepancies and denials. * Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Collaborate with the reputed company team to improve coding accuracy and billing processes. * Stay updated on changes in coding guidelines, insurance policies, and medical billing procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical billing and coding program is preferred. * Basic understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. * Familiarity with coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) is a plus. * Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, and Outlook) and medical billing software. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
