01Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Equity Advisor with 3-5 years of experience in the unlisted shares market. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of private market investments, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and the ability to advise clients on investment opportunities while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on investment opportunities in unlisted equity shares.Generate new business through outbound calling, referrals, and client networking.Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, investors, and channel partners.Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable unlisted equity opportunities.Execute the complete sales cycle from lead generation to transaction closure.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.Track market developments, company updates, and valuation trends in the unlisted space.Maintain accurate client records, follow-up activities, and sales reports in CRM.Achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of the unlisted shares market and private equity investments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong sales aptitude with the ability to convert leads into business.Relationship management and client servicing skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
23 years of experience in selling or advising on unlisted shares or capital market products.Experience working with HNIs, UHNIs, wealth management firms, broking firms, or investment advisory companies.Strong market awareness and understanding of financial products.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
