Job Purpose
The CAD Advisor is responsible for guiding franchisee partners on equity investments, portfolio building, and market opportunities. The role focuses on providing research-backed advisory, strengthening partner relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies. The CAD Advisor will serve as a trusted partner to franchisees, enabling them to grow their client base and maximize investment returns.
Key Deliverables
Franchisee Partner Advisory
- Provide expert guidance to franchisee partners on equity investments and portfolio strategies.
- Support partners in identifying and capturing market opportunities to grow their client portfolios.
- Assist in wealth creation initiatives for partners clients by delivering high-quality advisory.
Research Dissemination
- Track equity markets, company performance, and sectoral trends to provide actionable insights.
- Share timely research updates and market recommendations with franchisee partners.
- Enable partners to make informed investment decisions using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with franchisee partners.
- Conduct regular interactions to understand partner needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring partners are engaged and confident in their investment strategies.
Revenue Generation & Client Acquisition
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and business KPIs through effective advisory support.
- Support partners in onboarding new clients and increasing assets under management.
- Monitor and track partner performance to ensure consistent revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to SEBI guidelines, KYC/AML requirements, and internal organizational policies.
- Maintain high standards of ethical advisory practices across franchisee operations.
- Participate in internal audits and provide necessary documentation for compliance checks.
Role Requirements
Key Requirements
- Educational Qualification
- Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Strong foundational understanding of capital markets and financial instruments preferred.
- Certifications
- Mandatory: NISM Series VIII Equity Derivatives Certification (must be active/valid as per regulatory norms).
- Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in equity advisory, broking, or financial services.
- Domain Knowledge
- Good knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, and Investment products.
- Understanding of client portfolio management, advisory standards & risk assessment.
- Strong sales and business development mindset with revenue ownership.
