We are looking for agile and result-oriented professionals to join our Equity Advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on stock market investments, generating brokerage revenue, handling client trades, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services on Equity and Capital Market products.
- Guide clients on investment opportunities based on market trends and research recommendations.
- Handle client trading activities and order execution.
- Generate brokerage revenue through active client engagement.
- Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing investors.
- Cross-sell wealth and investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and other financial products.
- Achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with market developments and provide timely investment insights.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Stock Broking, Equity Advisory, Trading, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- NISM Series VIII Certification is mandatory.
- Good understanding of Equity Markets, Capital Markets, and Trading Platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate brokerage revenue and achieve targets.
- Client-focused and result-oriented approach.
