Computer Science or equivalent Freshers are welcome to apply Female candidate preferred Job Summary Cleansep is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic ERP & CRM Executive to manage and coordinate our ERP & CRM system implementation. The selected candidate will work closely with internal departments and our ERP vendor to understand business requirements, ensure smooth implementation of various modules, and provide day-to-day system support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the ERP/CRM vendor for implementation and customization of different modules. Gather business requirements from various departments and communicate them effectively to the vendor. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of module development and implementation. Test new modules and verify that they meet business requirements before deployment. Maintain ERP & CRM master data and ensure data accuracy. Train employees on ERP & CRM usage and resolve basic user queries. Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and process documentation. Track pending issues, follow up with the vendor, and ensure timely resolution. Generate reports and MIS as required by management. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement using the ERP system. Desired Skills Basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems (knowledge of any ERP is an advantage). Good communication and coordination skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Quick learner with a positive attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Candidate Profile Self-motivated and willing to learn. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
