01Key Responsibilities
Conduct ERP product demonstrations for clients and employees.Make calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.Explain ERP features, modules, and benefits clearly.Prepare and maintain client-related documents and reports.Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.Assist with basic digital marketing activities and social media posting.Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and activity records.Support the team in other ERP-related activities as required.Required Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills.Comfortable with client calling and follow-ups.Basic knowledge of ERP/software solutions.Good documentation and MS Office skills.Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience: 13 years preferred
Education: Graduate / MBA / BBA / BCA or relevant qualification
