Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and field visits.
Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients for ERP solutions.
Conduct client meetings, software demonstrations, and product presentations.
Understand client business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and agreements.
Negotiate pricing and close business opportunities within defined timelines.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Coordinate with the implementation, functional, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM/Bitrix updates, and sales reports.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, AMC renewals, and additional software solutions.
Handle client queries and escalations professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events whenever required.
