ESG & Sustainability Consultant Location: Surat, Gujarat (On-site) Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a motivated ESG & Sustainability Consultant to join our growing sustainability consulting team. The ideal candidate will support clients in developing and implementing ESG strategies, preparing sustainability reports, conducting carbon assessments, and ensuring compliance with global sustainability frameworks and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct ESG assessments and sustainability gap analyses.Develop ESG strategies, sustainability roadmaps, and implementation plans.Prepare ESG, Sustainability, and Integrated Reports.Work on leading sustainability frameworks, including:EcoVadisCDP (Carbon Disclosure Project)GRI StandardsBRSRPerform Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) calculations.Conduct Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies.Support CBAM compliance and reporting.Assist in climate risk assessments and decarbonization strategies.Collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability data.Develop ESG policies, procedures, and sustainability initiatives.Conduct client workshops, awareness programs, and sustainability training sessions.Support clients in improving ESG performance and sustainability ratings.Required Qualifications Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.01 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability consulting, or environmental management.Hands-on experience with ESG reporting and sustainability frameworks such as EcoVadis, CDP, GRI, and BRSR.Good understanding of LCA, PCF, carbon accounting, climate risk, and decarbonization strategies.Strong analytical, research, report-writing, and consulting skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills Knowledge of international ESG standards and regulatory requirements.Experience working with manufacturing, export, or corporate clients.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation.Why Join Us Work on impactful ESG and sustainability consulting projects.Gain exposure to global sustainability frameworks and leading corporate clients.Be part of a fast-growing ESG and climate consulting team.Contribute to meaningful environmental and social impact.Compensation: 15,500.00 - 18,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible scheduleLeave encashmentPaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork Location: In person .
