Roles and Responsibilities :
Minimum 8+ years of experience in ESG
Mandatory experience working with BFSI clients (Banks, NBFCs, Asset Managers, etc.)
Hands-on experience in ESG Report Interpretation across the full reporting lifecycle
Experience should cover ESG reporting phases such as:
Regulatory &
Framework Mapping (ISSB, TCFD, BRSR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, etc.)
Data Identification &
ESG Metric Mapping across business functions
Data Collection &
Validation of ESG disclosures
ESG Disclosure Interpretation &
Analysis (qualitative and quantitative metrics)
Gap Assessment &
Benchmarking against frameworks and peers
Disclosure Structuring &
Report Preparation
