Etl Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL pipelines and data integration workflows for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse source systems into data warehouses, data lakes, and analytical platforms
- Build and maintain ETL solutions using industry-standard tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, IBM DataStage, Talend, SSIS, Apache Spark, AWS Glue, or Azure Data Factory
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment across relational databases
- Design and implement data warehouse schemas including star schema, snowflake schema, and data vault models aligned with business intelligence and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, data scientists, and reporting teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate, reliable, and performant ETL solutions
- Perform data profiling, data quality assessment, and data lineage analysis to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across integrated data sources
- Optimize ETL pipeline performance including parallel processing, incremental loading, partitioning, and job scheduling to meet defined data refresh SLAs
- Monitor ETL job execution, identify and resolve data pipeline failures, performance bottlenecks, and data quality issues in a timely manner
- Manage ETL code versioning, deployment, and release management processes using Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain comprehensive ETL documentation including data flow diagrams, mapping documents, technical specifications, and operational runbooks
