Role Overview We are seeking experienced ETL Testing professionals with strong expertise in validating Data Warehouse and ETL solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in ETL testing, database validation, data quality assurance, and end-to-end testing of data integration workflows. Mandatory Skills Strong experience in ETL Testing Hands-on experience in Data Warehouse Testing Expertise in SQL Queries and Database Validation Experience in validating ETL mappings, transformations, and data migration processes Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, SSIS, Ab Initio, or similar Experience in Data Reconciliation, Data Quality, and Source-to-Target Validation Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies Key Responsibilities Analyze business and ETL requirements to create comprehensive test strategies and test cases. Perform source-to-target data validation and data reconciliation testing. Validate ETL mappings, transformations, and business rules. Execute data warehouse, ETL, integration, and regression testing. Identify data anomalies, defects, and performance bottlenecks. Develop and execute complex SQL queries for data validation. Collaborate with development, business, and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Track defects and ensure timely resolution. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage. Exposure to Big Data testing ecosystems such as Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, or Databricks. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
