Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for an EV Tractor Product Manager. The role includes overseeing the product lifecycle and roadmap of electric vehicle (EV) tractors, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure product development aligns with market requirements, and driving innovative features. The EV Tractor Product Manager will also assess market trends, define customer requirements, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize product performance and ensure successful launches.
He/she will be responsible for
- Productionization and commercialization of JyoSH EV tractor
- Certification of JyoSH EV tractor from Farm and machinery testing institute from Anantpur Andhra Pradesh
- Providing technology insight to sales and marketing team
- Manage AI & Embedded team to build autonomous operation of JyoSH EV Tractor during current financial year
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management, Roadmap Development, and Product Lifecycle Management
- Technical understanding of Electric Vehicles, Battery Technology, and Advanced Robotics
- Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, Computer Vision, and Edge Computing
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partnerships effectively
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
- Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus
- Previous experience in automotive, robotics, or related industries is considered beneficial
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
