01Overview
Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage Exchange Server administration, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of mailboxes, distribution groups, and public folders.
Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery failures, bounce messages, and spam filtering on the mail server.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting email communication across multiple systems.
Perform regular backups of critical data and perform restoration procedures as needed.
Job Requirements :
3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Exchange infrastructure management.
Strong understanding of DNS server operations and ability to troubleshoot DNS-related issues.
Proficiency in managing large volumes of email traffic using Microsoft Exchange Server software (Exchange Online).
Experience working with various operating systems such as Windows Server. .
