Exciting Opportunity for QA Engineers Job Description/: Responsibilities/: Quality Management System /(QMS/) and System Audits/: Oversee internal layered process audits /(LPAs/) and external customer/third/-party certification audits; maintain, audit, and constantly enhance the QMS in complete compliance with ISO, IATF, or industry/-specific standards. Quality Planning & Advanced Product Quality Planning /(APQP/)/: Establish Quality Control Plans, Work Instructions, inspection standards, and finish PPAP submissions for recent product releases in conjunction with engineering teams and NPI /(New Product Introduction/). Corrective & Preventive Action /(CAPA/) Leadership/: Use structured problem/-solving techniques to ensure strong corrective action verification while assisting cross/-functional teams in their investigation of field returns and customer non/-conformances /(NCRs/). Supplier Quality Assurance /(SQA/) & Auditing/: Perform quality audits of vendor facilities, assess Supplier Quality Ratings, handle Supplier Corrective Action Requests /(SCARs/), and make sure incoming material quality protocols comply with plant requirements.
