Job Summary Sr. OpCenter MES Engineer 2 is a senior manufacturing execution systems professional with strong expertise in Siemens OpCenter execution serialization and system connectivity. The role provides advanced Level 2 support for complex manufacturing environments and regulated production systems. The position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills structured root cause analysis and disciplined validated documentation practices in GMP regulated environments. The engineer resolves critica Responsibilities Core Responsibilities and Expertise Provide advanced Level 2 support for Siemens OpCenter MES resolving complex production issues such as order execution failures workstation connectivity problems and serialization or labeling errors Perform detailed technical root cause analysis for major MES incidents identifying underlying causes and supporting corrective and preventive actions Execute approved service requests including standard data extraction controlled configuration updates and system aligned changes under validation controls Develop maintain and enhance knowledge base articles and technical support documentation in alignment with GMP and validation standards Mentor and guide Level 1 and Level 2 analysts to improve troubleshooting effectiveness and reduce repeat incidents Monitor and analyze system health performance trends and recurring issues to support proactive improvements and platform stability Collaborate closely with Level 3 site support teams and Level 4 vendors for escalations defect resolution and product level fixes Key Skills Highlighted Siemens OpCenter execution and OpCenter discrete manufacturing support Serialization and track and trace systems MES connectivity and interface troubleshooting Technical root cause analysis and incident management GMP GxP and validation documentation practices Production order execution and label printing support Vendor and site team collaboration Knowledge management and mentoring .
