JD - Accounts Executive **Location:** Gurgaon **Experience:** 02 Years **Department:** Accounts & Finance **Employment Type:** Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible **Accounts Executive** to support our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, good command of MS Excel, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities * Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions. * Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents. * Assist in **Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable** activities. * Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations. * Assist in preparation of monthly reports and MIS. * Maintain proper documentation of financial records. * Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities. * Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounts-related queries. * Support the senior accounts team in month-end and year-end closing activities. * Perform any other accounts-related duties assigned by the management. Required Skills * Basic understanding of accounting principles. * Good knowledge of **MS Excel**. * Knowledge of **Tally/ERP software** will be an advantage. * Basic understanding of GST and TDS. * Good analytical and numerical skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Qualification * **B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)** or equivalent qualification. * Freshers and candidates with **02 years of relevant experience** can apply.
