Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reports.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, events, and board meetings.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support project coordination and cross-functional communication.
- Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
