The role will provide administrative, coordination, and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the HR office. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare meeting materials where required. Support HR team activities, leadership reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and internal events. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across HR, business teams, support functions, and external partners as needed. Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, trackers, dashboards, and other HR-related documentation. Manage confidential information with discretion and ensure appropriate handling of sensitive HR matters. Support travel, expense, invoice, purchase order, and administrative processes in line with internal guidelines. Track follow-ups, action items, approvals, and deadlines to ensure timely closure. Help streamline administrative processes and identify opportunities to improve team efficiency. Provide general support on HR projects, communications, and operational activities as required. Your skills and experience Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, HR Coordinator, or in a similar administrative support role. Strong calendar management, coordination, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and follow-through. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. Ability to work independently, anticipate requirements, and take ownership of tasks. Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to support process improvements. Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
