The company manufactures high-quality metal castings and machined components for industries such as aerospace, automotive, industrial engineering, pumps & valves, and general engineering, serving both domestic and international OEM customers.

Designation: - Executive Assistant ( EA).

Location: - : Bhavnagar Gujarat -   

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items.
• Prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Provide administrative support to senior management.

 Desired Candidates:- 

Bachelors degree in Commerce Graduate.

Experience: - 5 + years industrial Experience. 

 Skills:-

• Excellent verbal & Written Communications skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/ Excellent Calendar, Meeting and Travel Management Skills.
