We're looking for someone who wants to help build that institution, one post, one launch and one campaign at a time. The Role This role sits at the heart of our Brand & Content team. You'll own the operating rhythm behind everything we publish, ensuring the right content reaches the right platform at the right time. You'll work closely with founders, creative, design, video and external partners to make sure ideas are executed exceptionally well. This is an individual contributor role. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the details, taking ownership and making things happen. What You'll Own Own publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and future platforms.Own the master content calendar and publishing priorities.Prioritise content based on business objectives, launches, partnerships and topical opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.Manage publishing workflows, approvals and platform hygiene.Ensure every asset is platform-ready, error-free and goes live as planned.Own multiple workstreams simultaneously and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.Bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving creative environment.Participate in campaign and creative discussions, contributing ideas wherever relevant. This isn't a creative role, but good ideas can come from anyone.Who We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience managing social media for a digital-first brand or creative agency.Hands-on experience publishing content across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. We're looking for someone who has done the work, not just managed it.Strong understanding of platform best practices, publishing workflows and content operations.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.Calm under pressure and dependable when things get busy.Someone who takes ownership, identifies problems early and comes with solutions, not just updates.Someone excited to build, improve and experiment, not just maintain the status quo.Happy working as an individual contributor with meaningful ownership.You'll Fit Right In If You.
