Key Responsibilities
Process
Cashless & Reimbursement Claims
Verify medical documents, bills, discharge summaries and prescriptionsCheck policy eligibility, treatment details and claim admissibility
Coordinate with
Hospitals, Insurance Companies, TPAs, NBFCs and internal teams
Follow up on pending approvals, deficiencies and settlementsTrack claims from initiation to final settlementResolve claim-related queries and discrepanciesMaintain accurate claim records and MISMonitor claim TAT, settlement rate and rejection/reworkEnsure compliance with insurance, TPA and company SOPsSupport customer queries related to claim status and processing

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Nursing or a related field.
