Executive Director - Cyber Security Lead

- Lead cybersecurity strategy execution and operations from the India center, ensuring alignment with global standards - Build and scale a high-performing cybersecurity team to effectively manage threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk governance - Oversee the implementation of security frameworks, policies, and controls to enhance security posture and ensure regulatory compliance - Collaborate with global cybersecurity leadership to maintain a strong security posture and regulatory compliance across the organization Qualifications: - Possess a minimum of 18 years of experience in Cyber Security / Information Security within large enterprise environments - Demonstrate expertise in leading enterprise-scale security programs and managing global teams - Proficient in SOC operations, cloud security, IAM, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management - Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS - Hold certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA would be advantageous This role presents an exciting opportunity to build and lead a strategic cybersecurity capability within a global financial services environment, making a significant impact on the organization's security posture and resilience.
