- Any Bachelor/ Master s degree in any discipline.
- 8 + years of total working experience in Cafeteria Management & Hospitality.
- Proven experience in high volume industrial catering with OEM / Auto / Manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Cafeteria Kitchn, Pantry & Events operations:
- Food & Customer Service:
Plan and direct the preparation and serving of all food and beverages.
Ensure high food quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Handle customer complaints and feedback to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with chefs and nutritionists to plan and cost menus.
Develop recent menu items based on seasonality and customer preferences.
- Compliance & Standards:
Ensure adherence to all procedures and safety standards by FSSAI and organizational policies.
Promote nutrition awareness and compliance with health standards.
Contract management, adherence to SLA, daily governance for maintaining standards and pricing
- Staff Management:
Overlook recruitment & training of cafeteria staff, including kitchen and serving personnel.
Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring proper shift coverage.
Conduct staff meetings providing coaching and development.
- Operations & Logistics:
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and order supplies and raw materials.
Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all cafeteria equipment.
- Financial & Administrative:
Manage budgets, control expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
Maintain accurate records of MIS, inventory, daily FSSAI compliances
