Executive-Export Management Dept.

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive-Export Management Dept. to manage end-to-end import and export documentation, customs clearance coordination, shipment tracking, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international trade documentation, customs processes, logistics coordination, and compliance with import/export regulations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of export and import operations. Manage Import shipments, verification of draft documents, sharing final shipping documents to CHA, verification of import bill of entry checklist for final approval. Planning of duty, Customs clearance and dispatch from Port. Coordination with CHA, Port team, factory, banking team, purchase team etc for smooth import operations. Manage export shipments, coordination with CHA and freight forwarder for export clearance, prepare and verify export documentation for customers, finance, banks, freight forwarders, and other related parties. Prepare and maintain MIS reports for all import & export shipments, including shipment status, documentation, and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with export/import regulations, company policies, and customer requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and take ownership of new tasks and initiatives related to international trade and logistics Preferred candidate profile Education Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Certification in Export-Import Management will be an added advantage. Experience 3-5 years of experience in Import & Export Operations. Experience in manufacturing, agrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, engineering, FMCG, or export-oriented organizations will be preferred. .
