Executive - Finance and IT

Manage day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliation and monitoring cash flow. Ensure timely collection of payments through regular follow-ups, while maintaining healthy cash flow and organizational liquidity. Prepare, arrange, and maintain Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial documents on a periodic basis. Maintain a constant watch on the financial position of the company, expense & income projections, and provide detailed insights and analysis to management for decision-making. Ensure timely filing of taxes and all statutory compliances by coordinating with internal teams and external consultants. Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all expenses, including petty cash, and facilitate periodic audits by the reporting authority. Prepare and present quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports with detailed analysis. Monitor budgets and make suggestions for cost optimization whenever possible. Add-on Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including procurement, allocation, maintenance, and tracking of IT assets such as laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software licenses. Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers to ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues. Prior experience in handling finances for a Private Limited company, preferably in a service-based industry. Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. Proficiency in accounting tools (Zoho Books), Google Sheets and MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and coordination skills. Understanding of IT infrastructure, software license management, and coordination with IT vendors for day-to-day technical support and system maintenance. .
