Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage gold loan operations, ensuring timely disbursement of funds to customers.
Conduct thorough assessment of customer's gold ornaments to determine loan eligibility and interest rates.
Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving queries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, including loan applications, approvals, and repayments.
Job Requirements :
2-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in gold loan operations.
Strong knowledge of financial products such as loans against gold (LAP) and personal loans.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy. .
