01Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused HR to lead the people function across both our corporate office and retail network. This role will lead and build scalable people systems, strengthen leadership capability, and drive a high-performance culture across diverse employee groups. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of managing frontline retail teams and corporate talent, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on org design, workforce planning, and succession
Build scalable HR systems for a multi-location retail footprint
Talent Acquisition (Corporate + Retail)
Corporate (marketing, operations, finance, product, etc.) Build a strong employer brand across retail and corporate talent markets
Performance & Capability:
Build performance management systems suitable for: planning, Incentive frameworks, Attendance & compliance
10+ years of experience leading the HR function, ideally at a mid-stage, high-growth company
Hands-on experience in org design and building HR systems, processes, and frameworks from scratchSolid understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements .
