Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Manage Job Profiles and Open positions on Recruiting / Job Vacancy Portals
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Attributes:
Good Communication Skills with pleasant personality.
Good Drafting and Writing Skills.
Should have very good exposure in recruitment and Induction/ Orientation. .
