Role Summary
Graystone Capital is looking for a versatile, hands-on Digital, Web & Social Media Executive/Manager to independently own and manage the company's complete digital presence from website development, content management and SEO through social media strategy, creative content production and campaign execution. This role is suited to a candidate who is equally comfortable with the technical side of website management and the creative/strategic side of social media and digital marketing, and who can take end-to-end ownership rather than operating as a specialist in only one area.
Key Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of web development and website management, including updating, maintaining and improving company websites.Ability to create, edit and manage website content, including service pages, landing pages, blogs, articles and promotional content.Good understanding of UI/UX, SEO, website performance and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript.Ability to create visually appealing digital content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent.Experience in managing company social-media pages, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.Ability to develop a monthly social media/content calendar aligned with business objectives.Plan, design and execute social-media campaigns from concept through publishing and performance monitoring.Create posts, carousels, reels, short videos, stories, graphics and other engaging digital content.Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for both website and social-media platforms.Ability to research industry trends, competitors and audience behaviour and convert findings into relevant content.Knowledge of social-media analytics, campaign performance, engagement metrics and lead generation.Ability to monitor and report campaign performance and recommend improvements.Experience with paid social-media campaigns and Google Ads would be an advantage.Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics/Search Console and digital lead-generation techniques would be highly desirable.Real estate, financial services, professional services or B2B marketing experience would be an added advantage.Candidate should have a strong portfolio of websites, social-media pages, campaigns, graphics and videos personally created or managed.
Preferred Candidate Profile
35+ years of relevant experience across web management, digital content and social media.A blend of creative and technical capability not purely a graphic designer, and not purely a web developer.Able to take full ownership of the company's digital presence with minimal supervision.Self-driven, organised and comfortable managing multiple digital channels simultaneously.Strong communication skills and the ability to align content with business and brand objectives.
