Job Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum 2 year of experience in US Health care Coding & Billing Process in Radiology Specialty.
Should be CPC Certified.
Should be ready to work in night shift as per client requirement
Strong knowledge on ICD-10 and CPT-4 Codes.
Should be able to extract/identify correct ICD-10 codes and Procedure Codes by looking at the complete medical records and the extracted codes should warrant medical necessity.
Should be familiar with the challenges/consequences of Up coding/Down Coding.
Should be able to identify ICD-10 codes and procedure codes with proper sequencing.
Perform actions on the legacy application and documenting memos.
Work with the team to achieve set target by the project leaders for the process.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
