Role & responsibilitiesLead Operational Excellence initiatives, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and process enhancement projects.Coordinate technology transfer, process engineering, and cross-functional improvement programs.Monitor cGMP, GDP, SOP compliance, documentation practices, and regulatory requirements.Ensure adherence to EHS standards, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and organizational policies.Identify process bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions with manufacturing, packing, and engineering teams.Manage budgets for consumables and deliver cost-saving initiatives.Develop employee capabilities through training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing programs.Handle SAP activities, SOP format printing/reconciliation, and QMS systems including TrackWise.Ensure timely completion of training programs and maintain compliance with quality and safety systems.Utilize SAP, MS Office, TrackWise, Outlook, E-Vault, HR Portal, and other enterprise applications for operational effectiveness.Collaborate with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement, reliability, and business growth. .
