Key Responsibilities
- Handle shifts independently and ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare operational reports and MIS
- Manage floor manpower and workforce allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for operational efficiency
- Monitor inbound, outbound, and supply chain operations
- Ensure adherence to process and operational standards
Skills Required
- Strong operational knowledge of Supply Chain (SC)
- Team handling and manpower management skills
- Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- Relevant experience in operations/supply chain management preferred
