As a Sales Executive at Hong Leong Bank, your primary responsibilities will include soliciting leads via referrals and cold calls for sales through various marketing activities such as marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, road shows, and other sales initiatives to meet sales targets. You will also be actively involved in cross-selling Banking/Financial products, diligently assessing and proposing credit applications, and building strong rapport and relationships with customers to foster loyalty, drive repeated sales, and increase product holding.In this role, providing excellent customer service and upholding professionalism to reflect the bank's image will be crucial. You will be expected to seek continuous improvement in areas such as product knowledge, selling skills, market intelligence, and competitor analysis. Compliance with statutory requirements and sales regulations related to FSA, KYC, AMLA, as well as internal policies and procedures is essential. Additionally, you will be required to actively participate in teamwork and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues at all times.We are currently seeking talents who are Malaysian citizens.
