Job Title: Executive Production (Social Media) Location: Pune Experience: 12 Years Company: Amura Marketing Technologies About The Role Amura Marketing Technologies is looking for a passionate and creative Production Executive to support the creation of high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns. This role involves handling on-ground video production, capturing engaging content, and supporting end-to-end production for clients across industries, including Real Estate, Healthcare, BFSI, Education, and Consumer Brands. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about content creation, technically sound, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities Execute video shoots for client campaigns, brand films, social media content, interviews, testimonials, and promotional videos.Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment to produce high-quality visual content.Coordinate with the Creative, Social Media, and Account Management teams to understand campaign objectives and production requirements.Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, and audio quality during shoots.Manage production equipment, ensuring timely maintenance and readiness for assignments.Organize and maintain footage, production assets, and project files for efficient post-production workflows.Assist with basic video editing, color correction, and content optimization for digital platforms.Capture behind-the-scenes content and support the creation of engaging social media assets.Stay updated with the latest content trends, production techniques, and platform-specific best practices.Travel to client locations for shoots as required and ensure smooth execution of on-site production. Skills & Qualifications 02 years of experience in video production, cinematography, or digital content creation.Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software is preferred.Understanding of video composition, storytelling, lighting, and sound recording.Familiarity with photography and short-form content creation for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn is an added advantage.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Willingness to travel for client shoots and adapt to dynamic production environments.
