Inventory Accounting & Product Costing - Ensure IFRS-compliant inventory accounting and product costing. - Validate quarterly inventory actualization and provisions. - Coordinate with Business Units and Logistics to resolve inventory discrepancies. - Monitor damaged/off-spec inventory and book provisions. - Ensure timely physical stock counts and SAP updates. 2. Fixed Asset Accounting - Manage capitalization, transfers, and disposals of fixed assets. - Review CWIP for timely capitalization. - Analyze monthly depreciation. - Prepare Fixed Asset MIS. 3. IFRS 16 Lease Accounting - Account for lease contracts in SAP as per IFRS 16. - Reconcile lease records with the General Ledger. - Process lease modifications and terminations. - Prepare IFRS 16 disclosures. 4. Financial Reporting & Audit - Support HB1/HB2 reporting and audits. - Provide audit documentation and financial schedules. - Support Cost, GST, Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing audits. 5. Compliance & Coordination - Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting. - Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls. Experience / Skills - Specific Education - B. Com / M.Com / Inter CMA - Work Experience 3 - 5 years - Special Skills 1) Proven experience in Fixed Assets, IFRS 16 Lease accounting, Inventory accounting and related compliance, preferably in a corporate environment (2) Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems preferably SAP, with advanced Excel skills (3)Reliability, High attention to detail, Number affinity, Process oriented (4) Good Communication skills If the chemistry is right, we can make a difference at LANXESS speed up sports, make beverages last longer, add more color to leisure time and much more.
