Role Overview
We are seeking a high-urgency, results-driven Executive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting mandates. In this 360 role, you will own the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecyclefrom deep market mapping and headhunting top passive talent to managing client communications, setting hiring profiles, and negotiating competitive offers.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Execution: Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for critical, niche client mandates (Sourcing, Screening, Submissions, Interview Prep, Offer Negotiation).
Passive Talent Hunting: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean strategies, and personalized direct outreach to engage top-tier passive candidates.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with enterprise hiring managers to define Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICPs), establish target lists, and deliver market intelligence.
Pipeline Integrity: Maintain real-time ATS candidate tracking, interview notes, and pipeline visibility to optimize conversion rates.
Offer Closing: Manage candidate expectations, navigate complex compensation packages, and ensure high candidate acceptance rates.
