As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a
Executive Sourcing & Procurement to strengthen their procurement function by identifying reliable suppliers, optimizing sourcing strategies, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely procurement of quality products and materials.
Position Summary The Executive Sourcing & Procurement will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across multiple product categories. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
FMCG and/or pharmaceutical sourcing
, excellent vendor management skills, and the ability to negotiate favorable commercial terms while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard manufacturers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
Source raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other procurement requirements.
Obtain quotations, compare commercial proposals, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
Coordinate with Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to meet procurement requirements.
Conduct supplier evaluations and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Monitor procurement timelines and ensure uninterrupted product availability.
Track market trends, raw material pricing, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Review purchase orders, supplier contracts, and procurement documentation.
Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, pricing, and performance.
Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare sourcing reports.
Support new product development by identifying suitable sourcing partners.
Experience
3-4 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
Mandatory experience in FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical sourcing.
Experience in vendor development, supplier negotiations, and procurement planning.
Experience sourcing packaging materials, raw materials, finished goods, or contract manufacturing services is highly preferred.
Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
