Job Description

Key Responsibilities

** - Participate in less complex administrative duties for experienced management - Identify opportunities for process improvements within the executive business management team - Assist in compiling research, budget, and statistical data for financial planning initiatives - Establish and implement office procedures and controls - Handle sensitive customer issues and confidential correspondence - Present recommendations for resolving complex situations - Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to achieve goals - Interact with shareholders, regulatory agents, media, and customers **

Qualifications Required

** - 2 years of Executive Administration experience or equivalent - Experience providing support to senior level executives across multiple lines of business - Administrative support experience in banking or financial services - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to think logically and provide practical solutions - Dynamic, highly motivated, and target-oriented - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Meticulous approach with high attention to detail - Experience with minute taking At Wells Fargo, diversity, equity, and inclusion are valued in the workplace.
