Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients, attendants, and prospective patients.
* Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, doctors, appointments, and timings.
* Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
* Attend patient queries and provide appropriate assistance or escalate issues when required.
* Make follow-up calls to patients regarding appointments, consultations, reports, and services.
* Coordinate with various hospital departments to resolve patient queries.
* Maintain proper records of calls, appointments, enquiries, and follow-ups.
* Conduct patient satisfaction and feedback calls when required.
* Support promotional and awareness campaigns through outbound calls.
* Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
* Handle calls professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.
* Achieve assigned call, enquiry, appointment, and follow-up targets.
