Key Responsibilities
EndtoEnd Logistics Coordination Coordinate movement of medicines from source to destinationTrack shipments, deliveries, and transportation statusLiaise with transport vendors, carriers, CHAs, and internal teams for seamless executionPlan and schedule logistics to meet delivery timelines Documentation & Compliance Prepare and manage logistics documentation including invoices, bills of lading, airway bills, shipping bills, etc.Ensure all documents are compliant with regulatory requirements for pharma goodsMaintain accurate records and support audit readiness Inventory & Supply Chain Support Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, QA/QC, and production teamsMonitor inventory movement and report discrepanciesSupport demand forecasting and logistics planning Vendor & Carrier Coordination Communicate with transport vendors, freight forwarders, and clearing agentsNegotiate freight rates and delivery schedulesEnsure costefficient logistics operations Tracking & Reporting Track transit status and resolve issues such as delayed shipments or discrepanciesProvide regular updates and MIS reports on logistics activities, costs, and timelinesSupport system updates in logistics software
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of logistics processes, documentation, and regulatory complianceCold Chain Packaging (beneficial)Strong communication and coordination skillsAbility to handle multitasking and problemsolving in a dynamic supply chainAttention to detail and commitment to compliance standards
Preferred Experience
Experience in pharmaceutical logistics, export/import, or temperaturecontrolled supply chainUnderstanding of customs clearance, export documentation, and international trade processes (if relevant)
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharma, Commerce, or related discipline25 years of relevant industry experience (pharma / logistics / supply chain)
