Role Responsibilities
Taking US patient inbound calls.
Make professional outbound calls to U.S. health insurance companies, patients, and providers (as required).
Perform detailed pre-call analysis to understand claim history, denial reasons, and required follow-up actions.
Resolve outstanding AR claims by completing appropriate end-to-end resolution steps.
Communicate effectively to obtain claim status, clarify information, and negotiate resolutions when needed.
Document call outcomes, status updates, and corrective actions accurately in the billing system.
Collaborate with internal teams to address claim issues, rejections, and denials promptly.
Ensure adherence to productivity targets, quality standards, and process compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement of AR processes and support team goals.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Skill Sets
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of AR follow-up, and Denial Management processes.
Familiarity with specialty areas such as DME is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Comfortable working in a Night Shift.
Description
Immediate joiner or 15 days notice period.
Work From Office.
Working Days 5 days (Fixed weekend Off).
